About Villa Gioia
Located on the Civita hill, the observation platform of Fabriano at an altitude of 550 m , Villa Gioia was built in the early 19th century and is surrounded by a wild natural habitat, with secular trees; pines, firs, oaks, elms of over 500 years old and breath taking views.
At 2.5 km away from the city center the villa overlooks the entire valley, with an evocative panoramic view, where you can enjoy a total peace of mind among the singing birds and the peaceful sound of crickets, a quiet place appreciated by Saint Franacesco, who used to walk in this land. Guests can enjoy the beautiful park and also walks in the above forests. For those who like sport is available (for weekly stay) a swimming pool, a tennis court and a guided mountain bike tour.
This is an ideal location for all events, with a capacity which can reach 300 people in the main room, but you can also use the ‘private room’ without forgetting the abundance of outdoor space.
